- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- ½ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1–2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Dice apples and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Thinly slice celery and halve the grapes.
- Lightly toast walnuts in a pan until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
- Whisk mayonnaise with a little lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss the dressing with the salad ingredients until coated.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a chilled bowl.
