  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dice apples and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Thinly slice celery and halve the grapes.
  3. Lightly toast walnuts in a pan until fragrant.
  4. In a large bowl, mix apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
