Main Ingredients:

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or homemade equivalent)
  • ½ cup milk or broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Topping:

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed potato chips
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: chopped parsley, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles until just tender; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix tuna, soup, milk, vegetables, and cheese.
  3. Fold in noodles, then transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine melted butter with breadcrumbs or chips and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
