Main Ingredients:
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cans tuna (drained)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or homemade equivalent)
- ½ cup milk or broth
- 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Topping:
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed potato chips
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: chopped parsley, garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook noodles until just tender; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, soup, milk, vegetables, and cheese.
- Fold in noodles, then transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine melted butter with breadcrumbs or chips and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
