- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion or 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for low-carb
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shape into patties (¼ cup each), flatten slightly.
- Pan-fry in a lightly oiled skillet for 3–4 mins per side until golden, or bake at 375°F for 15–20 mins.
- Serve warm with a side salad, in a bun, or on its own.
