- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped rosemary and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add honey, and stir until smooth.
- Optional: Whisk in lemon juice and Dijon mustard for added depth.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Use immediately or store for later.
