  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped rosemary and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Add honey, and stir until smooth.
  5. Optional: Whisk in lemon juice and Dijon mustard for added depth.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Use immediately or store for later.
