Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets and dry thoroughly.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish as desired and serve warm.
