Refreshing Cucumber Mint Water

This clean and cooling infused water combines cucumber slices and fresh mint for a naturally flavored beverage that hydrates and refreshes without added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1015 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 cups cold filtered water
  • Optional: lemon or lime slices, ginger, berries

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. Lightly bruise mint leaves to release flavor.
  3. Combine cucumber and mint in a large glass pitcher.
  4. Add cold water and stir gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
  6. Serve over ice with additional mint or lemon slices, if desired.
