- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 10–15 fresh mint leaves
- 5 cups cold filtered water
- Optional: lemon or lime slices, ginger, berries
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Lightly bruise mint leaves to release flavor.
- Combine cucumber and mint in a large glass pitcher.
- Add cold water and stir gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
- Serve over ice with additional mint or lemon slices, if desired.
