For the Crust:
24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
For the Chocolate Ganache
1 cup heavy cream
3.5 oz dark chocolate (chopped)
8.5 oz milk chocolate (chopped)
For the Topping:
1 cup fresh raspberries
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
Prepare the Crust – Crush the Oreos, mix with melted butter, and press into a tart pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
Make the Ganache – Heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling, then pour over the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Assemble the Tart – Pour the ganache into the crust and spread evenly. Arrange the fresh raspberries on top.
Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
