- 250g digestive biscuits or graham crackers (crushed)
- 100g unsalted butter (melted)
- 200g Cadbury Caramilk chocolate (melted and cooled)
- 500g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 300ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of sea salt, Caramilk shavings, caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter, then press into a springform pan. Chill.
- Melt Caramilk chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in cooled Caramilk, then gently fold in whipped cream.
- Pour filling over the base, smooth the top, and chill for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with toppings before serving. Slice and enjoy!
