Ingredients

  • 250g digestive biscuits or graham crackers (crushed)
  • 100g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 200g Cadbury Caramilk chocolate (melted and cooled)
  • 500g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt, Caramilk shavings, caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter, then press into a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Melt Caramilk chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in cooled Caramilk, then gently fold in whipped cream.
  6. Pour filling over the base, smooth the top, and chill for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with toppings before serving. Slice and enjoy!
