Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and condensed milk until light.

  4. Stir in coconut and optional flavoring.
  5. Roll dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on tray.
