- 1 cup desiccated coconut

- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or cardamom (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Cream butter and condensed milk until light.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and mix.
- Stir in coconut and optional flavoring.
- Roll dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on tray.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on a rack and store airtight.
