Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake before using.
