- 2 cups water
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger root, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- Lemon slices (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add sliced ginger and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice and honey.
- Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
