- ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for crispiness)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove from heat and immediately toss with grated parmesan.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dips or sides.
