Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir gently—don’t overmix.
- Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a greased nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook 1–2 more minutes. Serve warm with toppings.
