Instructions
- Soak the dates – Place dates in a bowl and cover with hot water for at least 15 minutes.
- Blend the mixture – Drain the dates and blend with plant-based milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Strain for smoothness – If needed, strain using a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
- Store and use – Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake before using.
