Alfredo Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook fettuccine until al dente, and drain. Reserve ½ cup pasta water to adjust the sauce later.
- Cook the Chicken: Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove, let it rest, then slice into thin strips.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter in the same pan, then sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and milk, then simmer for 3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
- Combine Everything: Toss pasta in sauce, then add chicken slices. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
