- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Mix dough : Whisk cocoa, sugar, and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Chill : Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Roll & Coat : Scoop dough, roll into balls, and coat generously in powdered sugar.
- Bake : Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and tops are crinkled.
- Cool : Let cool 5 minutes on tray, then transfer to a rack.
