  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Make Dough: Mix cocoa, sugar, and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. Chill Dough: Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Shape & Coat: Roll into 1-inch balls, coat in powdered sugar.
  4. Bake: Place on a lined baking sheet, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool & Enjoy: Let sit for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
