Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken: Season and cook until golden and cooked through. Let rest and slice.
  2. Prepare produce: Dice mango, slice avocado (coat with lime), chop greens and veggies.
  3. Assemble salad: In a large bowl, combine greens, mango, cucumber, onion, and chicken. Gently fold in avocado.
  4. Make dressing: Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
