- ¼ cup lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar)
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, and seasonings until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag or container, pour the marinade over it, and coat well.
- Refrigerate: Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor).
- Cook the Chicken: Grill, bake, or pan-sear as desired: Grill (6–8 minutes per side over medium-high heat). Bake (375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes). Pan-Sear (4–5 minutes per side over medium-high heat).
- Serve & Enjoy: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
