Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Add bananas, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
- Garnish with banana slices, nuts, or cinnamon if desired.
