Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Add butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
  4. Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just mixed.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and any extras.
  6. Spread batter into pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 mins or until golden and set.
  8. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
