½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend Base: Add pineapple, banana, and coconut milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add Creamy Texture: Mix in Greek yogurt and shredded coconut. Blend again.
- Adjust & Blend: Add ice cubes and blend until thick and creamy.
- Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a glass, garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a pineapple slice, and sip away!
